- Orders can be placed via our website or directly through WhatsApp (+91 7070096547).
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Delivery Policy
- We offer Free Delivery for all orders delivered within a 10 KM radius of our store located at Haripur - 848203.
- Deliveries beyond the 10 KM radius may incur additional delivery charges, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Return and Refund Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our products (sweets, cakes, meals, etc.), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for food items once they are sold and delivered.
- In case of incorrect items delivered or items damaged during transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic proof via WhatsApp. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or store credit) at our discretion.
4. Discount Coupon Conditions
- Discount coupons, including the "Up to ₹500 Discount," are subject to specific minimum order values as mentioned on the coupon.
- Coupons cannot be clubbed with any other existing offers or promotions.
- Samrat Sweet & Bakery reserves the right to modify or withdraw any coupon or offer without prior notice.
- Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
